Raffaela is attentive to the needs of Quiet Home guests and makes sure they feel at home.

She makes sure that the flat is always clean and cosy and that guests have everything they need for a pleasant stay that meets their expectations. In addition, with her knowledge of the area, she is happy to offer suggestions on what to explore and do in the surrounding area, recommending authentic restaurants, beaches to visit, local events and activities to suit every preference.

She also provides assistance to guests throughout their stay and has a strong listening skills in order to constantly improve her offer and the experience of guests who decide to spend their stay in Pula.
